- 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan
- 1 large pitted black olive

- Heat oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.

Patmesan and sprinkle with poppy or chia seeds. Bake until golden brown 15-20 minutes.
- Warm the marinara sauce. Using a knife hollow out the body of the spider and fill with warm sauce. Serve with the leg sticks.
